The Odoo ATS Resume Checker is a powerful AI-driven application designed to streamline the hiring process within the Odoo ecosystem. This innovative tool allows HR professionals and recruiters to automate the matching and evaluation of candidate resumes against job descriptions, leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to enhance recruitment efficiency and accuracy.

After the installation, go to the Settings.

You can see the AI Credential section here. We need to add the API Key in the “Google API Key” field. You can get the API Key from “ https://aistudio.google.com “. Open the AI Studio link to get the API Key.

Click on the “Get API Key” button.

Click on the “Create API Key” button.

Select a project from your existing Google Cloud projects. If you don’t have any projects just create one.

Click on the “Create API Key” button.

The API Key details will be shown here. Click on the “API Key” option.

Here you can Copy the API Key. Copy the key from here and paste it into our Odoo Google API Key field. Save it.

After that open the Recruitment application.

You can see an “ATS Resume Checker” menu here. Open it.

In the “Job Description” fi eld enter your job requirements or job description. Upload the candidate's resume in the “Upload Resume” fi eld. Click on the “Calculate Match” button.

The AI will automatically detect the candidate's name, and it will appear in the “Candidate Name” fi eld. The AI will match the candidate's resume with the job requirements or job description and provide the response in the “AI Response” section. The AI-based percentage match score will show in the “Percentage Match” field.

Also, we have a “Evaluate Resume” functionality here. Click on the “Evaluate Resume” button

The AI will evaluate the candidate's resume and provide the evaluation in the “AI Response” section.
